How long does delivery take?

What's your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is covered by the customer, except for faulty items or errors on our end — those are on us.

Are your hardwired lights safe to install myself?

For hardwired products, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician. Plug-in products require no special installation and are ready to use straight away.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Contact us immediately at support@stanizza.shop with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
